Construction of the new Spring Mountain Village shopping strip is nearing completion, with doors expected to open later this month.

The Spring Mountain Village retail centre will be located on the corner of Spring Mountain Boulevard and Grande Avenue, beside the Harmony Early Learning Centre.

Once complete, it will serve as a convenient regular shopping destination for residents of the Springfield Rise development in Spring Mountain.

Developer Lendlease said Spring Mountain Village will be a modern retail centre that featured sustainable, contemporary design.

“Spring Mountain Village will be set in an inviting and lush tropical landscape,” a spokesperson for Lendlease said.

“[It will feature] a mix of entertainment, retail and service-based tenants.”
