Attitude of gratitude: Pioneers in 2024

Daniel Bouwmeester    January 23, 2024    2 min read

At Pioneers, we believe in creating more than just a game; we’re building a community, a home for players.

Fostering a welcoming environment is a privilege. It’s about more than pixels and code; it’s about creating a space where every player feels valued and cared for.

Embracing the transformative journey of tournaments, where mind, heart, and soul converge for peak performance.

Together, we’re shaping a community that supports and uplifts one another. Let’s continue to pioneer together.

Shooting Stars

New year, new program! Introducing the U8s “Shooting Stars” – an extraordinary grassroots program tailored for our youngest ballers!

With 8-ft. hoops and a 3-v-3 format on a scaled-down court, our customised program ensures the perfect environment for little ones to explore and enjoy basketball.

Watch as your child’s skills soar in this specially designed experience. You may have the next Opals or Boomers player in your family!

One step at a time, our Shooting Stars will graduate levelling up into our current “Hot Shots” Program – young players who represent our association’s future, building their skills with a dynamic blend of fun and fundamental training.

Women’s teams

In January, we proudly unveiled the launch of two women’s teams for the upcoming 2024 season!

Our aim is to get girls in the game and lift the association to new heights.

So we’re calling all U14 Girls with a passion for basketball to experience the excitement of state-level competition and be part of a close-knit basketball family that stands together.

Brace yourselves for a groundbreaking season as we embark on a historic journey supporting women in basketball.

Men’s players

Last month we announced the official lineup for the 2024 QSL Youth League Men’s Team!

Our talented team is ready to hit the courts with passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence! Coach J is back and excited to get started.

We want to express our immense pride in their hard work, dedication, and love for the game.

Join us in congratulating each player and let’s rally behind our incredible team as they embark on this exciting journey in the QSL Youth League Division 1!
