Women Empowerment and Leadership founder and president Rita Anwari has ignited a movement with an unwavering commitment to empower women and uplift the most marginalised among the community.

Rita and her dedicated team understand the pivotal role women played in shaping the fabric of society. They believe that, by harnessing their potential, women can catalyse meaningful change and foster a more inclusive and equitable community.

Their first mission: to rally together volunteers and community leaders and address the pressing issue of homelessness in their community.

With compassion as their compass, they organised food drives and outreach programs, extending a helping hand to those in need. They forged partnerships with local shelters and religious leaders, fostering a spirit of unity and collaboration.

But Rita’s vision extends far beyond charity. She envisions a future where women not only survive but thrive, where their voices matter, and talents flourish.

Rita recognises the unique challenges faced by women who juggle the responsibilities of motherhood and entrepreneurship, and that for many women, the traditional workplace poses insurmountable barriers, making it difficult to pursue their dreams while caring for their families.

Determined to bridge this gap, Rita has announced plans to establish a new facility tailored to the needs of women in the community. This innovative space would serve as a hub for learning and growth, offering workshops and resources designed to equip women with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the modern world.

From business acumen to childcare strategies, Rita’s program promises to empower women from all walks of life, providing them with the tools they need to build successful businesses from the comfort of their homes.

Women from diverse backgrounds are coming together, united by a shared vision of empowerment and transformation. With Rita leading the charge, they are embarking on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, embracing their inherent worth and unlocking new opportunities for themselves and future generations.
